100% pure Australian honey with nothing added – just a special technique. To make Sunny Times creamed honey they start with their raw, runny honey and add some naturally crystallised honey. This honey is then spun in a honey creamer, cooled and slowly stirred intermittently over three days. This process breaks down the larger crystals to create an airy, silky smooth texture with a more delicate flavour.

As there is no heat or chemical processing, all of the natural enzymes, pollen, and propolis found in raw honey are retained.
