Trois Bon make salted caramel sauce in small batches based on an old recipe from the Bretagne area in France. But we have refined the process so the caramel has a strong flavour and the salt is in good balance, which leads to a more rounded and less "sweet" taste. The caramel is best enjoyed with ice cream, crepes, pancakes, as a spread or simply by the spoon.
