Rearranging the sections will give you a different colour for drawing and marking and the 3 colours of each pen has been selected to complement each other and your notebook at the same time. The round nib gives clean dots and also allows you to draw both narrow and wide lines depending on how you hold the pen. A very useful tool to keep your work notes together by colour.
