Shipping

We ship Australia wide. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Parcels are shipped by Sendle, we endeavour to post your parcel within 2 business days of us receiving your order. 

Some of our products are not available for shipping, that will be noted in the product listing.

All postage is placed at the customers risk, once the order has been dispatched from our store we will provide the customer with a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels or any damage in transit.

Click & Collect

Website purchases for click and collect must be collected from our shop located at 97 Anderson Street, Yarraville, Victoria 3013. At checkout you will be able to choose a date for pick up. To collect your order you must provide ID in the form of drivers licence, passport, identity card and the order number that was emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Can I organise for someone else to collect my in store pick up order?

Yes, You can arrange for someone to collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf from Mosey store so long as they have the order number and pick up code (which will be emailed to you upon purchase) and a form of ID, any of the following is acceptable ID, drivers license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, bank statement or  passport.

We only keep goods for click and collect for 14 days after purchase. Once 15 days passes the goods may l be returned to the store and a refund will be processed back to the card that was debited for the transaction.

Note: We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels online however occasionally there may be errors, If we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 7 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or refund. All shipments are subject to availability.
