Chikamasa Scissors are designed for precision cutting and flower arrangements.  The blade is stainless steel resists water and keeps sharp. The fluorine coating on the stainless steel blades help prevent resin from fresh flowers sticking, allowing the blades to open and close smoothly and the blade has a wire cutting feature.
