Their goal is to produce the most authentic product using local seasonal produce, exotic spices and Australian sugar, making their jams unique and deliciously aromatic. Jam Lady Jam uses whole fruit and without preservatives or additives ensuring you experience the genuine texture and taste of the fruit and spices in every jar.
